Otis Announces Appointment of Don Poirier to the Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Don Poirier to our Board of Directors, as we continue with the development of both the Kilgore and Oakley Projects, located in Idaho.

Mr. Poirier has served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Hecla Mining from July 2007 to July 2016. Poirier’s integral role along with Hecla’s management team led to the successful purchase of Aurizon Mines Ltd in 2013. Mr.Poirier has enjoyed an extensive 25-year career in the mining industry, including 20 years as a sell-side mining analyst at a number of Canadian investment firms, and 5 years as an exploration geologist with the Noranda Group. Recently, he has completed the Directors Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Mr. Poirier obtained his Bachelor of Science in Geology and Physical Sciences from the University of Toronto in 1983.
